hi i need help bad...im using virtual dj 8 on a subscription plan and content unlimited audio plan,
i dindnt use virtual for a few weeks and i guess there was a problem with my credit card so i can't use my controller or my content unlimited songs. i tried to pay by in app purchase but its not working i just get an error page when i click what i want to pay for i need to use this program tonight!!!
can i go into my licenses on this site through the my account section and cancel them ? will it then let me renew them?
i don't want to lose all my songs

I have stopped the existing subscriptions - you should now be able to sign up again.
