Hello everyone. i really hope you can help me. i have tried contacting virtual dj by phone and chat but no one answers ever. i am really upset. i purchashed the virtual dj 8 pro program by subscribing. i have a mac book pro and a pioneer ddj sx system. once i download virtual dj and tried to use my pioneer with it, it did not work. the buttons do not work anymore and my system is blinking and flashing. what can i do to make my pioneer work with virtual dj? please help guys. it will be really appreciated. it is just sad that virtul dj customer support sucks

You need to consider what time it may be in the country that's providing the support. Not every business operates 24/7.
