I am using a Pioneer ddj sr skin and the only fx control knob that works is the first one on the left. If I push an effect on any other button it will control the first effect on the left.
I also noticed my headphone button not working in the skin and the volum buttom.

The custom skin you are using may not reflect the current default mapping of the controller. Better use the default skins and test the functionality of the controller based on the Operation manual of the unit and not the skin.
