If I double click on a playlist, it seems to add itself to AutoMix. Is there an option to disable this behavior?

No, this cant be disabled .
If you often double-click by accident, then perhaps you can decrease the interval between 2 clicks (which is considered as double-click) from Windows Mouse settings.

Please make this a feature. It's really annoying and not at all useful.
