Does anyone know if it's possible to add tracks to a playlist using VDJscript? I know you can add to automix using playlist_add and there's a method for adding to virtual folders also. But can't find anything for playlists.

The way I do it is:
1. Put your selected songs in the SIDELIST or AUTOMIX
2. Open the PLAYLIST you have saved/created so it shows in the browser
3. Select the songs from the SIDELIST or AUTOMIX
4. Drag it over.
It's quick and simple.

Thank's for your help.
It's more a workflow thing. I go through the weekly track downloads and i sort and tag them using assigned midi buttons instead of mouse and keyboard as it's significantly faster. I'd like to assign a midi button to send the selected track in the browser to an "Early doors" playlist, for example. And another button to send it to a "Peak Time" playlist etc.
I can do this with virtual folders but using playlists has certain benefits over folders.
I just thought I'd ask in case there was an script command I was missing!

here is another quick way to have that PLAYLIST listed into the browser (quickly with a button).
browser_gotofolder "C:\WHEREVER_YOUR_DOCUMENTS_IS_LOCATED\VirtualDJ\Playlists\test.m3u"
then drag the song(s) to be added from the SIDELIST or AUTOMIX
