Topic: MCX8000 Controller not showing in "AUDIO" settings.
Hello, I have just got a new Mac Book pro. I have connected and I am able to control VDJ through the MAC. However I am not getting any sounds through monitors and I also don't have DENONMCX8000 as a card selection in the "Audio" settings. Please help. I see Denon showing in "Controllers" but once clicked I do not see the Denon card showing in "Audio" as it should.

Even if there is no special button in the Audio tab for the MCX8000 (which it should), are you still able to manually select the MCX8000 sound card from the drop-downs and manually create the setup as shown here https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/denon/mcx8000/setup.html , or not available at all and all you get is your computer's built-in sound card ?
Can you also check Audio MIDI Setup (from Utilities) and see if the MCX8000 sound card is there ? (screenshots would help)

Why? The OP states he is using a new MacBook Pro. What use would Windows drivers be?

I am having the same issue with a macbook pro, OS 14.4. VDJ8 will not see it in the audio settings.
Side note - VDJ8 will see my DDJ-SB2 with no issues. Mac osx 10.14.4, MacBook Pro

I see you are on Windows. If the driver is properly installed, you should see "Hardware Connected" .. when opening Control Panel from C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Denon DJ\MCX8000

In your Account stats i see .. :asio-Denon DJ MCX8000 ASIO:0/0 , which means the ASIO driver is not reporting any channels, probably not present/blocked - not sure.
