in 32bit good work
in VDJ 2021-64x (skin FPS setting = 60) video Intel HD3000, win10 x64
ExperementalSkinEngine ON - When play only one track skin FPS stably 60fps. When play 2 track, skin FPS jumps beetwen 60 to 75fps = waveform twitches. Although in settings say 60 fps.
ExperementalSkinEngine OFF - One track already twitching. Skin FPS does not grow above 30 fps. Although in settings say 60 fps.
CPU = 10%, audio =3%, Peak audio =05% Wasapi ; or 30% asio mode.

Not sure why skinFPS variation between 60 and 75 FPS would be a big problem ;-)
But yes, probably your computer is a little busy with other things, so the FPS adapts
If you are experimenting lags, in waveform etc, perhaps your computer is a bit slow with the new stems features.
Can always try set stems engine to be manual (right-click and "analyze" for stems instead of live on deck)
In settings, try with preComputeStems set to "Only use precomputed". After that all should work as before.
And for songs you want to use stems on, you can right-click to create the stems in the browser (even before you mix or gig)
