I wish there were a dedicated 4-channel controller for virtual dj for live stem performance.
It would have a hot cue button for all four decks.
It can store hot cues and loops from each song in its library
You have an edit track channel where you can place circles from each into the channel without a record. This would be 5th deck where you mix things together! Instead of wheels, you have a slider for finding the right part of the track you want to loop.
Like a touch pitch bend. Tp create more than one loop on each track and sequence them in order. Stems have opened up new djing, which doesn't seem the right tool yet! :)

This has always been the case, so that's not really because of stems
However, you can simply add more hardware decks to your 4 channel/2 decks controller. Like Denon DJ LC6000's
Or combine 2 regular controllers to control 4 or 6 decks, like shown here:
