I just installed this soundcard, I'm running win98SE with the full version of atomix. I think the card's software is screwing with atomix or something but I'm not sure. Here's what happens. When the crossfader is all the way to the left, I can still hear the right deck's music, but when it is to the right I can't hear the left deck's music (like it should be!). Also, I can't cue on the headphones. I have tried switching the plugs and tinkering with the software. Any ideas? Thanks.

Ok, I got it to fade correctly by selecting the mixer icon instead of the headphone + speaker Icon with the 3d card. But I still can't hear anything in my headphones. I have the headphones in the rear speaker slot and the speakers in the main slot per your instructions. Any ideas? Thanks!

Screw it, I installed a second soundcard and all is well. Thanks anyway :)
