This error message occurs in VirtualDJ DJC 5 in Mac OS 10.5.7 and Mac OS 10.5.8 with DJ Console Rmx.

You must update your DJ Console Rmx Mac OS driver from Hercules tech support website
http://ts.hercules.com/eng/
- Click on 'Updates and downloads' and go to the download section
- Select 'Sound Cards' as Product genre > 'DJ Controller" as product family > 'DJ Console Rmx' as product > 'Drivers' as link and download the last Mac OS driver version.

- Cliquez sur 'Mise a jour et téléchargement' et allez à la section téléchargement
- Choisissez "Carte Audio' comme genre > 'Contrôleur DJ' comme famille > 'DJ Console Rmx' comme produit > 'Pilotes' comme lien et téléchargez le dernier driver disponible pour Mac OS.
