Before the HDD on my laptop smashed and was sent to the shop for a repair, the hercules mk2 drivers used to work fine with THIS laptop, now everytime try to install the driver it says my system is not adequate for the driver when clearly it is...
virtual dj will not work with it at all, but i still manage to use it as a 100% working sound card with sound comming out of my speakers..
so what is my computer talking about? Help please!

have you tried doing a re install of the mk2, it may help the repair job recognize it, just a thought.
