My echo effect keeps turning on by itself while a track is playing... Using Denon mc6000, Cue ver 7.2, Windows 7 64bit. Help!

I have been noticing my SMART_PLAY getting enabled for the past gigs. Tonight it did it again and I have been blaming myself that I might have click it accidentally. I don't think I did but I am really keeping an eye on this one.
What it does when it's enabled is either, the PITCH goes LOW or HIGH and had to double click it to make in center quickly then i see that the LOCK icon is lit.

Yikes! I've had to set the parameters all the way down on the echo so there's no effect when it comes on...

an effect cant be turned on unless you trigger it.
Check the mapper of your MC6000 or revert it to default settings (in Config->Mappers tab)

Well of course things seem to be working properly now that I have time to test...
After several hours of flawless performance while practicing tonight, the overloop turned itself on, at which point I reset the controller as per djdad's post, and all seems well.
Thanks!
