I have run a Macbook for about 10 years, and love it for my main setup. My ceremony system I just switched to a Surface Pro, and the software works wonderfully stand alone on the surface pro, but wondering if I could buy a Numark DJ2GO2 to fade songs on my surface pro. I didnt know if the lisence was dedicated only to Mac, or if I can have my backup a PC. Thanks in advance

Pro infinity is the same software as the home version, it's your login details that unlocks HW use and fancy audio configs.
you can install vdj on as many machines as you please.

Just login at the new computer inside the software. and you activate the license on that computer.
You can use up to 2 computers at same time.. and last 2 logged into are the active ones
