Ah, just an old man waiting to die, and trying to enjoy the rest of the road! Grandma and I love to party, wiggle wiggle, and have a good time. The newer style of country has come along way. Some very good break out of the old country mold tunes have been produced and grabbed the interest of a much larger listener base, yet remains popular in what seems a concentrated area of the country. I play the area bars and clubs and always enjoy the company of those we serve, but it sure seems difficult to get the middle aged and older crowd to come forward to the newer styles of music. That's the one thing I continue to deal with and find perplexing. They seem to think that if I throw on a little Pitbull or Avicii, it'll make their pacemaker stop!!:-)
