To the software engineers of VDJ, we need an advanced audio routing customisation panel in cfg so we (the djs) can choose exactly where the audio is coming from and going to. i.e having audio from deck 1 and deck 2 running internally through a sound card in a midi controller to master out (using internal crossfader), whilst having samples running from a seperate soundcard.

If you're using ASIO device then you can control which channels are being used on that device - but you are limited to that single device. If you're not using ASIO then you can use two soundcards and choose which ones are used for which decks/sampler.
FWIW I believe that using multiple different audio devices is a bad idea due to differing abilities and latency.
