Topic: Help with setup

Dieses Thema ist veraltet und kann veraltete oder falsche Informationen enthalten.

Hello, my question is about my setup.

Macbook Pro 13''
Virtual DJ PRO
Hercules DJ Control mp3 E2
External sound card: Behringer UCA202.

I try to use my headphones to pre-listen tracks, but I can't figure out how with the Sound Setup tab.
I just want to use 2 decks and be able to listen and mix with my headphones. I think I've tried every option now, but maybe I made a stupid mistake and I'm completely missing out on something very simple. In Windows you would just change setting with an ASIO driver, but using a Mac this is not applicable.

It's quite urgent, as I have a gig this weekend.
Thanks in advance,
Morris

It seems you use a old version!

To get the latest one please register your Pro Full licence key under your account.
After that you will be able to download the actual version.

I've done that. I still don't seem able to make it work! I can play both decks simultaneously, but when I hit the LISTEN A or LISTEN B button on my deck, all I only hear one track. I should just use these settings, right?

INPUT: None
OUTPUTS: Headphones > Master: First Card / Headphones: Second Card
SOUND CARD: 2 cards, using one Built in Output and one USB Audio CODEC.

It also differs which tracks I hear which Sound Card I set to first.
Please Help!

No you haven't - You still show as a 'no license user'

Please register your Pro serial number on your profile page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

If you have not purchased VirtualDJ Pro then please support the software and its future development by purchasing it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html (Especially if you are working DJ and are making money as a result of using it.)

The setup above is correct for using two separate cards (Assuming 'USB Audio CODEC' is the Behringer UCA202.) With the above settings, you must plug your headphones into the UCA202. Use the headphone mix knob to adjust how much of the selected deck for pre-listen vs the master output is heard in your headphones. If your controller doesn't have a knob for this, use the on-screen 'MIX' knob at the top of the default VirtualDJ 4 deck skin.
