Topic: Decks do not respond and asio fails

i have a numark n4 with virtual dj le. decks 1 and 2 are working but decks 3 and 4 do not respond at all. i cant turn up the volume neither control the mid, bass and treble. and when i press play it doesnt emit any sound. i installed asio4all and now when i open the program it says there arent enough channels and there is no sound card conected

help please what can i do?

okay asio problem solved but still decks 3 and 4 do not respond to nothing
