If you mean play music on your MIDI keyboard and mix it with the songs that you are playing in VirtualDJ, then you can already do this if you have a sound card with at least 1 line input.
Simply choose Inputs: Line INs in your sound config and then plug your keyboard's sound output into the line in socket of your sound card. Then use a skin that allows line in to be enabled on a deck (AUX button in the default v7 4 deck skin.) If you use a multi-deck skin (E.g: Default 4 decks), then you can activate it on a deck that you are not using for playing music.
You can also activate line in on a deck using VDJscript, e.g: deck 4 linein 1 on to activate line in 1 of your sound card on deck 4 of VirtualDJ.
