Topic: Timecodes with Hercules Rmx problem.

Dieses Thema ist veraltet und kann veraltete oder falsche Informationen enthalten.

I have two timecodes( Vdj V3) running through a Hercules RMX with output through an external mixer. Both timecodes have the exact same set up and one is running fine, but one says 0% quality( insted of silence) when nothing is playing and when I stop it it continues playing backwards very slowly until I hit stop on the RMX. Can anyone give me some advice on how to possibly fix this?

VirtualDJ v3 is a very old and out of date version of the software. There have been many changes and improvements to the software since then (See http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ_History.html ) - We are now on v7.3

Please register your serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then upgrade to the latest version: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

The full VirtualDJ Pro is required to use timecode. If you have not purchased VirtualDJ Pro then please support the software and its future development by purchasing it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html (Especially if you are a working DJ and are making money as a result of using it at your gigs.)

Once you have upgraded, please see our FAQ pages about configuring timecode:

Not only do I have the same problem, but I'm using the most recent version of VDJ, same setup with the RMX as the soundcard, 1200 MK2's properly grounded, with ground loop inhibitor on the rca out to the external mixer, also using serato timecodes. In addition, I have a serious latency issue on the deck that works properly. I have also gone through the configurations per the manual, strange thing is, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, without me doing anything different.
