Hello
I just got my hands on a very cheap Mixtrack Pro v1, and played with it for a bit
I realise of course that this is entry level gear, and that it won't compare to my MC3000 or even my older controllers, since they work together with a NI DJ2 soundcard. But it IS supposed to be one of the best entry level controllers.
When setting it up it's all natively supported within VDJ, so I just choose NUMARK on the sound setup, and that's it
But when using it the latency is pretty bad. So bad in fact, that I have to adjust my punch-ins to the latency, or allways nudge it afterwards to bring it up to speed
Is this simply how it is, or is there ways to improve latency on a Mixtrack Pro setup?
I'm running my usual gig laptop for it (New'ish Dell win7 8gb ram) and Virtual DJ 7.3
Best regards
