Hy everyone, can you help me, i have ddj ergo and try to use it on virtual dj 5.1 but it didnt work, i go to set up, sond set up, corerctlly set everything , but no sound come out , also i found out that i need enable ( remote control ) midi and manualy add every button so ergo can work, this is so big job, is there any saved file with controles fixed ? Please help . ps will ddj ergo work on virtual dj home edition ?

v5.1 is a very old and out of date version of the software and does not have any native support the DDJ-Ergo. There have been many changes and improvements to the software since then (See http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ_History.html ) - We are now on v7.4, which includes full native support for the DDJ-Ergo, so no need to map anything.
If you map it manually in v5.1, you will not have working LED's or 14-bit MIDI, so you will only have half the functionality of the controller. You will either need to use the included VirtualDJ LE (If it came with VirtualDJ LE) or purchase the latest full VirtualDJ Professional: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
The DDJ-Ergo will not work on Home Edition because it supports mouse and keyboard only, but you can try it out for 10 minutes at a time before purchasing in the latest VirtualDJ Home FREE v7.4: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html
If you have not purchased VirtualDJ then please support the software and its future development by purchasing it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html (Especially if you are a working DJ and are making money as a result of using it at your gigs.)
If your DDJ-Ergo came with VirtualDJ LE then you should be entitled to a discount off the cost of upgrading (Providing that it's not second hand and has not already been used.)

i try virtual dj home free edition and my ergo worked great ! i used it 6,7 minutes :)

OF COURSE I AM GOING TO BUY PRO VERSION, BUT JUST ONE MORE QUESTION , MY VERSION OF VIRTUAL DJ LE IZ 7.05 AND INSIDE HIM I DONT HAVE SKIN ( INTERNAL MIXER) IF I BUY PRO VERSION, WOULD I HAVE THAT SKIN AND WILL IT WORK WITH MY DDJ ERGO ? tHANKS A LOT FOR YOUR TIME :)

Yes, purchasing Pro Full version will provide you free access to our Plugin Download Pages, and you will be able to download and use any skin you wish, including the Ergo Skin.

Every single skin will work with the Ergo and Pro Full version. The skin itself is not affecting the functionality of the controller and vice versa. You need Pro Full version to operate your Pioneer Ergo, unless your controller came with VirtualDJ LE Ergo version (and not some other LE version).
Please test your controller with the Home Free version http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html (it will work for 10 minutes each time you re-start the software) and see how the Ergo works even with the Default skin, prior purchasing Pro full.
