Have changed it to icecast MP3 128Kbps, then changed it to PC-TO-PC again.. and sending to http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/djay7/broadcast.html

config -> options
select advanced
search broadcast then change
broadcastDirectFormat to MP3

windows 7 vms4.1 and i am trying to stream not podcast or pc to pc i use a streaming service that i use to stream thru i can switch back to vdj 7 and i can broadcast fine. but i am getting erro's. when i switch to vdj 8

I usually stream it is one of my my activities for more than 6 years. After install VDJ8 and check the procedures to set up for broadcast I had a normal gig. Even i had the chance to check up with diferent listeners and everything was ok ...

You should make sure that the port is opened for UDP protocol.
It could also be necessary to allow port-forwarding in your router.
How that could be done is diffrent from router to router.
Just google for it with your router type.
