My PCDJ dac-2 controller worked well in v7 but won't work in v8
the controller is in the mapping list of v8 but i've got the message PCDJ DAC2 (not connected)
In V7 I had to choose the option <use serial device> but this option isn't in the config of v8
What's going wrong ?

Do you have any custom mappers in your devices folder?

The mapping file (PCDJ DAC2 mapping.xml) is placed in the directory "mappers"
The dac-2 controller is an older (serial) device (Even if they use a USB connection.)
In version 7 I had to choose the option "enable the use of serial devices". This option is not available in version 8. In the list of supported devices the dac-2 controller is still in the list of supported devices. How can I use this controller ?

I am also having the same problem. Not recognizing my dac2.

DAC-2 is not supported in version 8, and probably will never be (at least in the near future) .. http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ8%20Controllers.html
