the SOUND INSURGENT
The 2 SYNC buttons are not mappable, when I press them they don't show up on the controller page so I can add any script to them. Would like to map these (and no not as sync buttons) to MasterDeck buttons...........
Can this be looked into and fixed please??

Official definition and mapper has SYNC button defined and mapped
I will check the midi notes again, but are you sure the corresponding deck was in midi mode when you tried?

Yup, the lights are there lighting up to the beat but when I went to map the buttons Alls I could find was the LEDs for the sync buttons an that would explain why they light up.
As far as the actul button, they weren't there and never showed up when pressed.
I checked a bunch of other buttons and they all showed up.

A brief look in the mapping files doesnt show anything wrong with the SYNC buttons.
Do the buttons send MIDI if using Miditrace ?
Can you post here the data you are getting ?

With MIDI Trace nothing happens with the sync buttons.
Im gonna try Traktor real quick to make sure my buttons even work.
EDIT
Seems my buttons don't work now. So I guess I have to send it in. Looks like user error on my part fellas.

Lmmfao!! I knew that was coming, lol!! I've had the mixer for about a year and a half and have never touched those buttons. I wonder if they've ever worked 😜
