Please provide (a lot) more information.
Mac or PC? Computer spec? What operating system? Which version of VDJ exactly (including build number)? Are you connecting the controller before or after starting VDJ? Does VDJ display any messages when it starts? Does the computer recognise a USB device (the controller) being connected/disconnected? Have you tried another USB cable? Does the controller work with other software or on another computer?
