hi I am using a denon hc dn-hc5000 everything is work ok apart from I cant get any sound out of my mixer can anyone help please many thanks

Do you have the output of the mixer connected to audio equipment (amplifier and speakers or powered speakers)?
How is your HC5000 connected to the mixer?
What is your VDJ audio config setup?
Please provide as much detail as possible and be very specific. Remember, no one here can see your setup.

Hi ,
I have the same problems vdj works fine with denon dn-hc5000. soundcard extern and the denon is connected with cinch cabel like usual.
The sound works fine with serato itch, but thats not a solution because i bought vdj pro to use it with the denon.
