I have downloaded the latest version of VDJ8 and now my pc speakers buzz while Im using VDJ8. Any ideas?????

Are you using a laptop? Does the buzzing stop when you unplug the laptop PSU (i.e. run it on the battery)?
You don't say what controller you have, but does that have a power supply too? If so, try it without (assuming it will run on USB power only).

Running it on a pc with powered monitors and sub. Im using Pioneer DDJ-SB controller and it was fine before the upgrade. Ive found out since that if I use speakers only and switch to channels 5+6 the buzzing stops most times

With that setup, you should be using the DDJ-SB audio interface and plugging your speakers into the output of the DDJ-SB.
The whole idea behind having a controller with onboard sound is that you no longer use the lower quality computer audio.
