Yes, cue points can be named and the names can be displayed.
However, this depends on the skin you're using. The functionality needs to be included in the skin design. Some skins already have this ability.
Where do you want to see the names? On the deck waveforms? Next to the hotcue buttons? On the rhythm wave?
