I am using a Pioneer ddj sr skin and the only fx control knob that works is the first one on the left. If I push an effect on any other button it will control the first effect on the left.
I also noticed my headphone button not working in the skin and the volum buttom.

headphone is only controlled by the hardware knob with the ddj-sr its explained in the manual.
check out the manual for FX operation -> http://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/pioneer/ddjsr/effects.html
might just want to go over the entire manual would probably eliminate a lot of these types of questions.
