Hi am using vdj 8.2
i have many cds already mixed and ripped in windows media player if i play these songs on wmp the mixing part is smooth, i usually play these tracks on vdj 7 in automix i faced a problem with mp3 files, but when i ripped them as wave in automix none (back to back) with a smooth way
whereas in vdj 8.2 i have 1 second cutting between already mixed tracks wave or mp3
any idea?

I am like you. I'm waiting for a fix for this since a very long time.

VDJ 7 and now VDJ 8 (and 8.2) had never played correctly mixed ripped albums (in any case, not all albums. With some album in mp4, it works correctly, but not with mp3).
No problem in wmp or Itunes.

Please upload two sequential tracks of such an album somewhere like Dropbox, Google Drive e.t.c. and send us the link.

It appears to be related to the use of the wma file format.
At the moment we do not have a solution yet, other than using another file format.

An alternative might be to use 'fade, remove silence' instead, but set the time to 0.1 seconds.
That will eliminate the gap, although there's a short fade so timing is not 100% accurate.

mp3 does not have sample-accurate length, so if your songs are not an exact multiple of mp3 frames there will be some silence encoded as well.
Modern formats such as ogg, mp4, flac or uncompressed formats such as wav and aiff are sample-accurate though.

SAME PROBLEM ON WAVE FILES
NO PROBLEM ON ANY PLAYER LIKE WMP
