I have a Reloop Beatmix that never really worked that well with Virtual DJ 7. How do I download the new one? I can't possibly have to spend even more money...correct?

The new one? You mean VDJ 8? Click the download button.
Also check the downloads available in your account. If you're entitled to a LE version of VDJ 8 then it'll be there.
If not then yes you will have to pay for a license. It won't be "even more money" though, as you've not paid for a VDJ license yet.
