As the header says is there anyway to make the album cover the video output while track is playing?

unless the thumbnail image for the album artwork attached to the file is MUCH larger than the normal thumbnail images they have then it would look like a pixelated mess on a larger screen if you displayed it like that. last I looked at one full-screen it wasn't very impressive.
