has anyone got the time to guide me through broadcasting on the live radio server /ie whats the server url I'm not to clever on these things....

i use a hostingsite www.shoutcast.com (inventers of winamp., ' it really whips the lama's ass!) they use the shoutcast protocol and proide the radio service. the source is virtual dj in this case, but winamp of course is also a source provider.)
are they the best? no clue, they are the most consistent on the web but ignore my opinion as i am not an exper in shoutcast. i decided to first broadcast on the web so i have no hassle with servers, firewall. and whatnot. (except i forgot about the limits on upload traffic in speed, amount ann cost.)
so i took a vdj pro subscription and then followed the steps on the website which did not work. thanks to the help of another thread on this site i was up and running in no time, be it that swttings need to be inserted differently as described by the hoster.
