When I go to log in on my laptop it won’t let me...more specifically I use all the correct information ie user name and password and it just goes back to asking me to log in....no error message or Anything. It’s like I did not try to sign in at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue right now. It simply won't let me log in. there is no message saying that the login failed, but it's not letting me see my licenses. I've tried reinstalling the program but still have the same issue. This is an urgent issue now as I have an event that I need to be able to use my controller for tomorrow.
