hey guys. vdj's browser / database is quite good as regards finding anything quickly.
it is actually better than the one of my studio software (presonus studio one v 4)
Could it be possible to use vdj as the browser for wave files and mp3 and then drag and drop it into my arrangement? this would really be awesome and might even be a way to introduce a new market of users to vdj (music producers with software that has a crappy browser like presonus studio one)
it could speed up workflow as well for regular file operations like copying tracks to a usb stick etc.
really interested if possible or if it could be created in an update

Drag n drop (move or copy) files/tracks is already available within VDJ Browser, so unless you mean something else, you can..
- Hold SHIFT down and then drag a track to move it to a different location/folder
- Hold CTRL down and then drag a track to Copy to a new location/folder
In both cases, you will see a Tooltip when dragged trakck is over a folder in the Folders window
EDIT. Oh i see now, you want to have the ability to search for a track in VDJ Browser and then drag n drop it to another application.
To be honest, i dont this coming.
