Hello,
My hard drive kept crushing so I switched to a solid state drive.
I saved my music file and the database file,
I put the music file and the database files on the new hard drive but I lost my customizations, loops, cue points etc.
Please help.
I use Windows 7, HP Pavilion laptop, Numark NS6 controller and Virtual DJ 8.2

You need to check the file path (user name etc) is the same as before.

Most likely you kept your music on Desktop or the special Windows "Music" folder.
The bad news are that these folders are not on the same location on each PC as your username takes part on them:
C:\Users\YourUsername\Music
C:\Users\YourUsername\Desktop
Therefore when you installed your new OS you should have chosen the exact same username on Windows.
The only work-around solution to your problem is to open the database.xml file with a good text editor like notepad++ and replace the old paths with the new ones.
