I have VDJ 8 installed on a mac-mini.
iTunes preference is set to share XML. The entire iTunes library is in MP3 format with no DRM. It is in the default location. With iTunes closed, I open VDJ, select the iTunes music folder and the entire library of subfolders with the content is present; however, VDJ does not populate the playlist section.
I searched the forums a bit to no avail. I'm sure it is something simple but I cannot seem to determine what it is.
Can someone kindly tell me what I'm doing wrong. (I have used VDJ on my windows machine for years. This is a new installation on a Mac as I have retired the windows machine).
NM....I finally figured it out....duh.

save: your playlists are not in the itunes folder, but in a special folder that is in my Virtualdj/playlist documents they save here by default.
