it seems like everytime I'm playing a karaoke track and I go to the pull down menu to change the back round music that plays between songs, it freezes whats playing on ALL screens. It NEVER did that before... its not my hard drives I've checked all that already and I've gone through already and stopped anything else running in the program. The thing is when I do anything else like go to you tube and do any other changes in the program its fine....It's always that pull down menu

when choosing any music file or any backround music file its getting very annoying especially when singers are trying to sing and it freezes up while I'm adding a file

if there is a way i can post a video let me know so you can get a better understanding of what i mean.....never had this issue before.....since the third to last software update is when it started....havent changed anything setting wise on my laptop and i run regular diagnostics on ALL of my hard drives external and internal
