black screen when I load an music video and stop playing anything... won't respond till I have to force to quit and open it again... I do use it 5 night a week... HELP>>>>>>!!!!!!!!

So are you saying you load a video and stop playing everything and then you get a blank screen?
Or are you trying to say that when you load a video everything stops playing and you get a blank screen?
I assume you mean Mac since you say “force quit”. What build? Is it a specific video file or just one? Based on what you’ve provided there’s not much to go on.
