the first bit during the first analysis, the grater is not correctly determined - always 4 parts ahead.

There's no really safe way to know which one is the first beat. VirtualDJ uses an algorithm to try and guess which one is it.
It works fine most of the time (but not all of the time) and it also depends on the tracks genre and overall dynamics.
So, for the songs that have wrong first beat detection just set it manually (it's literally a 2 clicks process)
