decks have latest firmware
mdj600 is disabled in the vdj set up...how do i enable

windows device manager does your operating system see the device without conflicts?

when i plug the decks in it comes up with no sound card detected for mdj-600
also in controllers it says mdj-600 audio disabled
and is not listed in all controllers...
our other decks work fine it's just these

i don't understand what these settings are desired channel is set at 1 is that correct ?
To change the MIDI channel, make sure that you have the USB
source selected, then press SETTTINGS (9). Scroll down to the
entry called MIDI CHANNEL. Press the browse knob to select that
entry, then turn the browse knob to select the desired channel
(0-15 are available). Once you’ve selected the correct MIDI
channel, press the BACK button to exit Settings.
NOTE: In Settings, the MIDI channels are presented in
hexadecimal. If your software defines the MIDI channel in decimal,
just add 1 (so if Settings says channel “0” is selected, that is
channel “1”, and so on).

You need to install the ASIO drivers - assuming you're on PC (you haven't said).

when we try to re install the drivers it just takes me to another page were there is no drivers to install..
