i want to set up video streaming and audio but my main laptop is a little slow to do both , can I use another laptop to handle the graphics and video and use my main for audio ?

You can simply connect a regular audio cable from one computer to the other.
And add that line-in to VirtualDJ audio setting at other computer. Either as line-in or directly to record
And broadcast from that ;-)
