Struggling:
Okay, I am using
--VDJ 2020
--Chauvet Flarecon D-Fi hub --SoundSwitch Micro DMX --Chauvet Freedom Sticks
--Chauvet H1 Pars
Now:
1. I can test SS adapter on laptop and it is recognized.
2. I can control the lights with the hub and the Flarecon, so they are configured correctly.
3. SS software recognizes VDJ and OS2L is selected, so settings are correct.
4. I have added the "auto" association files in SS.
5. I have added fixtures in EDIT.
Now, when I run everything, I get no response from the lights. No control from Virtual DJ, no response in SS. The lights, regardless of which fixture I use, do nothing whatsoever.
I have scoured YOUTUBE, but I am stumped. Any assistance/suggestions would be great. Almost ready to dump SS and buy Showxpress....lol

You have to leave edit mode and switch to performance mode.
