i was always passionate about virtual dj. however i purchased a Dixon midi 7 controller/mixer and it has no serial number. Please help.

You can buy a plus license for that controller inside VirtualDJ, if you mean for home use, probably around $49-99 range.
Else pro license, that works with all supported controllers for $19/m (or $299)
Look in license settings when you open the software, since that will auto detect this controller (its a bit of a generic controller, so might say WellJoint, FFactories or similar as detected instead of Dixon)

Hello there , I got a problem with my DXNPRO MIDI7 Controller . When i connect it to Virtual Dj all knobs and buttons work on both deck 1 and 2 but , when deck 1 playing a song then deck 2 Cue , Pause and Play don't want to work . Please help
