What happens when you try, any error message? And what payment options did you select? Card or Paypal?

Try the Paypal option and use your card there.
Might work better

Your card might have geographical blocks or online blocks, set by the bank, as a prevention of fraud (people using card abroad that is not you). So might have to call bank or login at web bank to lift restrictions. But PayPal is fairly common, maybe it works great already ;-)

i currently dont have any paypal account :(

i used to pay with the same card, i don't know why it suddenly stopped working

Dont think you need a PayPal account, its just a checkout, where you enter the debit card there instead.
Well you need a login probably, but not a paypal balance i mean.

Strange it didnt work the regular way, if you used that before though.
Maybe double check if you put the info correctly
