Topic: Static distortion type of noise mix in at the exact second when the Automix is mixing two songs

Why does a static distortion type of noise mix in at the exact second when the Automix is mixing two songs and latency is a zero? When I use the mouse to load a song into auto mix I also hear the static distortion type of noise. Latency is at zero and Automix is engaged.

Has anyone experience this type of static?
