Can anyone help, I cannot connect my Hercule DJ Console MK4 to my mac air.
I have the latest software mac os 10.15.7 and my virtual DJ is Virtual DJ pro 2020 infinity

You need to install drivers first if you have not.
And probably you need to unblock the drivers too ... macos often blocks drivers by default.
And lastly, might be the usb port, can be trouble some with usb3
