Cross Fader and CUE issues
Just got the Numark Mixtrack Platinum FX downloaded the latest version of Virtual DJ and purchased license but I'm having the following issues:
1. The crossfader doesn't work at all
2. The cue on the channels and the Master doesn't work right. The loaded track still plays through the speaker even when the channel fader is all the way down. Also the volume gets louder when I press the cue button.
My settings are as follows:
Input: None
Output: Mix Track Platinum Fx
Mast: ch 1&2 HP: chan 3&4

With the Platinum FX connected to USB, open the Windows Sound and try to set your computer's builtin soundcard as the default playback device, then try again.
If still not working, try to set the Numark sound card as 4-speakers/quadrophonic.
Another option that is actually by-passing the above, is to set exclusiveAudioAccess to YEs in VirtualDJ Settings (OPTIONS)
