hace dos dias instale el programa y todo bien y de un momento a otro al darle doble click me aparecia un anuncio diciendo "virtual dj is al ready running" y no me abre. por favor que alguien me ayude :c

Just means there is a frozen process of VirtualDJ.exe in the background (or the program re-started too fast, so the previous VirutalDJ process was not completely shut down yet)
Simply try again, or restart computer and all is fine ;-)
(can also CTRL ALT DEL to shut down the frozen process, but restarting computer is perhaps as easy for you)
