I was hoping that someone could let me know if there is a feature in Virtual DJ to have an upcoming singer list running across the screen between singers. The list allows upcoming singers to see where they are on the list. And if there is a feature like this how do I set it up?

You can do that, built in singer list support..
and can display in multiple ways, by changing karaoke singer list "skin" (add from Extensions in settings)
